Over the last 20 years, chris has been a professional marketer and advertising expert. Chris has worked with several brands to launch, scale and expand as a marketer. After the birth of his daughter in 2023, Chris decided it was time to build his own portfolio leveraging the skills and relationships he's developed over the last decade in Real Estate.
Our Little CEO
Born in 2023 and already the CEO of Bright Bird Homes, our daughter is redefining what it means to build generational wealth. With a sharp eye for crayons left astray to be eaten and a knack for saying ‘no,’ she brings an unshakable vision to our family business. Shelbi Cromwell
Over the last decade, Shelbi has specialized in caring for people. Her career has spanned across industries to include working directly with seniors as a care aid to working in administrative roles in the dental industry. Most recently, Shelbi is a full time mother, raising her daughter and planting roots in a customized Montessori education.

With over 12 years in communications, Jacquie brings clarity and heart to every message.
